Consultation has concluded
Council has placed proposed amendments to its Investment Policy (1.5.4) on public exhibition for 28 days for community feedback.
The proposed amendments (highlighted in yellow) are designed to enable Council to divest from fossil fuel investments within the next three years as well as some minor descriptive and administrative changes to update the policy.
The amended Investment Policy is on public exhibition until 14 March 2018.
It can be viewed online in our Document Library or in hardcopy at our Corporate Centre, 43 Oliver Avenue, Goonellabah.
Submissions can be made online, emailed to council@lismore.nsw.gov.au or sent to the General Manager, Lismore City Council, PO Box 23A, Lismore, NSW 2480.
