Consultation has concluded
Council has placed its draft Unsolicited Proposal Policy and accompanying procedures on public exhibition from 19 June to 19 July 2019.
The Unsolicited Proposal Policy is designed to provide a framework to accommodate unique proposals that may arise as a result of developer interest for future investment in Lismore.
The new policy provides clear evaluation criteria for unsolicited proposals so Council to ensure open, equitable and transparent decision-making.
Relevant documents can be viewed online in our Document Library to your right or in hardcopy at our Corporate Centre, 43 Oliver Avenue, Goonellabah.
Submissions can be made online below, emailed to council@lismore.nsw.gov.au or sent to the General Manager, Lismore City Council, PO Box 23A, Lismore, NSW 2480.
