In accordance with section 252, Local Government Act 1993, the policy must be adopted by the Council within twelve months of the commencement of a new council term.
Submissions can be made via the form below or addressed to the General Manager and lodged by e-mail to council@lismore.nsw.gov.au or by post at PO Box 23A, Lismore NSW 2480. Your submission must be in writing and be received by 4.30pm on the final day of exhibition.
All submissions, including any personal information contained therein, will become publicly available documents and will be made available on Council’s website, in accordance with the provisions of the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009.
Submission closes 4.30pm on Tuesday 11 February 2025.
