Draft Revenue Policy 2025-2026, Budget by Program 2025-2026, Fees and Charges 2025-2026, Long Term Financial Plan 2025/26-2034/35

Our draft Statement of Revenue Policy 2025-2026, Budget by Program 2025-2026, Fees and Charges 2025-2026, and Long Term Financial Plan 2025/26-2034/35 are all now on exhibition, and we are seeking your feedback.

Council, at its meeting on 13 May 2025, resolved to place the following draft documents on public exhibition for 28 days. They include the following:

Draft Statement of Revenue Policy 2025-2026

• Outlines how rates levied by Council enable the provision of services and upkeep of assets owned and managed by Council.

Draft Budget by Program 2025-2026

• Provides a snapshot of Council’s financial position, major capital projects to be undertaken during 2025/26 and a wide range of funded projects earmarked for 2025/26.

Draft Fees and Charges 2025-2026

• Discloses the rationale behind the fees and charges for any Council product or service.

Draft Long Term Financial Plan 2025/26-2034/35

• A10-year rolling plan that informs decision making and demonstrates how the objectives of the Community Strategic Plan and commitments of the four-year Delivery Program and the annual Operations Plan will be resourced and delivered over the short, medium, and long term.

You are invited to review the draft documents and provide your feedback via submission until 4.30pm Thursday, 12 June 2025.
