At its ordinary meeting July 2016, Lismore City Council resolved ‘Council’s Heritage Adviser undertake a review of the Heritage Study in Uralba Street and in the remainder of the hospital precinct in the short term’. The Heritage Review has now been completed and was recently discussed at a Council workshop. Council would like to hear from affected landowners in the Health Precinct about the Heritage Review before it makes a decision on how to implement the findings.

The Heritage Review found that 31 items in the subject area had some heritage value including 7 built items and 2 landscape items that were found to have local heritage significance.
