As required by Council’s Community Engagement Strategy (Appendix 1 – Community Participation Plan), Council advises Telstra Corporation Ltd has enacted their appeal rights to the Land and Environment Court regarding Council’s refusal dated 15 October 2021 for the following proposal:
Telecommunications Facility (35m monopole, 6 panel antennas and associated equipment) and associated access road and vegetation removal at Lot 471 DP: 755718, 30 Crawford Road EAST LISMORE.
Council has received amended plans and documents regarding the Court Proceedings. The amended plans can be viewed through Council’s DA Online tracking facility on Council’s website using reference no. 2020/78. https://tracker.lismore.nsw.gov.au/Home/Disclaimer
