Lismore City Council provides the following notice of a proposed easement over part of Spinaze Park, 686 Dunoon Road, Tullera (Lot 32 DP 856398):
Staff Comment: Council’s recently upgraded onsite sewerage management system at Spinaze Park amenity block was designed to allow connection of services from Tullera Hall. This granting of easement forms part of the last stages of an approval process and may be granted by Council under s46 of the Local Government Act, 1993.
Location: The below site plan shows the proposed Tullera Hall connection to Spinaze Park amenity block. It is noted the plumber has recommend due to root
barriers of fig tree, connection would be better placed roadside of toilets.
