July 2024 Update

As the project nears completion, staff and contractors are finalising:

• Pipeline installation - 220metres of 4km pipeline left to install
• Rising main has been installed up the hill, with expected completion mid-August
• Pump Station services have been installed, ready for slab pour late July. Expected completion mid-August
• Restoration of corridors
• De-watering the swales

Temporary repairs to the culdesac at Northcott Drive to remediate construction damages will be completed. Major road works will be completed by the developer for the future development updates.

Additionally, minor patching and road quality improvements will be completed on Pineapple Road, near the school to remediate heavy vehicle construction impacts.

The project is expected to be completed mid-September.

The sewerage system will become active when infrastructure is installed to service future development. This is expected in 2+ years.
