Proposed lease over community Council land under Section 47A Local Government Act 1993
Notice is given on this 14th day of March 2024 that Lismore City Council proposes to issue a five (5) year lease over the community Council land situated at 82 Ballina Road, Lismore (Lot 10 DP 812156).

The proposed lease agreement will enable the lessee to use the land for tennis and other ancillary uses as approved by the Council.
