Proposed lease over section of Coraki Road reserve


Lismore City Council is proposing to lease 10.6ha (approx.) of the road reserve on Coraki Road, Ruthven, to the adjoining landowner at 1120 Coraki Road, Ruthven (Lot 1 DP953829), for a period of five years for grazing of cattle.

In accordance with section 154 of the Roads Act 1993, interested parties are invited to make submissions about this proposal within 28 days. Submissions will be open 19 December 2024 and close 17 January 2025.
