Proposed licence over Crown Community Land under Section 47A Local Government Act 1993

Notice is provided on this 27^th day of February 2024, that Lismore City Council, as Crown Land Manager for Crown Reserve No. 80225, located at 1-3 Bridge Street, North Lismore, intends to grant a licence for twelve (12) months to Transport for NSW. The proposed licence area is depicted in the aerial map below:

The purpose of this licence is to permit the licensee to use the land for the establishment of a site compound for the storage of goods required for road maintenance activities.
