Proposed licence over Community Land under Section s47 Local Government Act 1993 - 115 Molesworth Street
Notice is given on this 7th day of March 2024, that the Lismore City Council, acting as the Crown Land Manager for Spinks Park Crown Reserve No. 85348, intends to enter a five-year Occupational Agreement with a five-year option with the Country Women’s Association (CWA). This agreement is over part of the reserve, specifically the CWA Building situated at 115 Molesworth Street, Lismore as shown in the aerial map below:
The purpose of this agreement is to provide the CWA a dedicated meeting space, fostering community connections, and sustaining vital support services for rural women and their families.
