Proposed licence over Community Land under Section 47A Local Government Act 1993

Notice is provided on this 7th day of March 2024, that Lismore City Council propose to issue a five (5) year lease with the Lismore Workers Football Club Inc. over the Clubhouse situated at 48B and 48I Brewster Street, Lismore, as illustrated in the aerial map below:



The purpose of this lease is to permit the lessee to use the clubhouse for football club activities, storage and other associated purposes as approved by Council.
