The aerial map shows the proposed licensed area outlined in red.

Notice is given on this 9th of August 2021 that Lismore City Council, as Crown Land Manager of Dungarubba Reserve, propose to issue a five (5) year licence over part of the Reserve situated at 176 Broadwater Road, Dungarubba (Lot 124 DP 755691) to Nicole Graham.

The proposed licence agreement will enable the licensee to use the land for grazing and other ancillary uses as approved by the Council.

Submissions can be made online via the submission form below, or sent to the Property Officer, Rochelle Hellier, Lismore City Council, 43 Oliver Avenue, Goonellabah, NSW 2480 and marked 'REF: AF18/2072'
