PUBLIC NOTICE: Amendments to Lismore City Council 2023-24 Fees and Charges
Consultation has concluded.
BACKGROUND
During the period of exhibition of the Schedule of Fees and Charges 2023-24 new fees and charges were identified as required for Lismore Centra Tourist Park. The table found in the support documents section on this page summarises the newly proposed fees. As these fees were not included in the exhibited version of the Schedule of Fees and Charges 2023-24, they are now separately exhibited for a period of 28 days in accordance with section 610F of the Local Government Act NSW 1993. Council will need to consider submissions arising from this public notice before fees can be adopted or imposed.

All submissions, including any personal information contained therein, will become publicly available documents and will be made available on Council’s website, in accordance with the provisions of the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009.
Submission closes 4.30pm on 28 July 2023.

Included in the pricing of Single Person Stay, Two Person Stay, Child Stay and Additional Stay (where deemed applicable) are: Channel Manager Fees (i.e. Third Party Booking Systems), Booking Fee, Promotional Upgrades, Park Activities, Booking Add-Ons, Online Facilities Hire, Bpay Transaction Fees, Credit Card Transaction Fees.
