Notice is hereby given on this 29th day of April 2022 that:

Lismore City Council as Crown Land Manager of The Channon Community Centre propose to issue a five (5) year licence over part of the Crown Reserve situated at 16 and 18 Mills Street, The Channon (Lot 13 DP 41410 and part Lot 247 DP 728157) to The Channon Children’s Centre. Below is an aerial map showing the proposed Licensed area:

The proposed licence agreement will enable the licensee to use the land for a community pre-school and other ancillary uses as approved by Council.
