Notice is given on this the 22nd day of August 2025 that:
Lismore City Council proposes to issue a 3-year lease to the Dunoon Community Tennis Incorporated over part of the community Council land situated at Balzer Park, 1 Cowley Road, Dunoon over part Lot 33 in DP 1191273 for the purpose of operating a tennis club, court hire and associated activities.
