Notice is given on this 4th day of April 2022 that Lismore City Council, as Crown Land Manager of Roy Waddell Community Centre, propose to issue a five (5) year licence over the Crown Reserve situated at 149 Richmond Hill Road, Richmond Hill (Lot 2 DP 558729) to Roy Waddell Community Centre Association Inc.

The proposed licence agreement will enable the licensee to use the land as a community centre and other ancillary uses approved by Council.
