Council has received a Development Application for the proposed 2 residential flat buildings at 138, 144 and 146 Military Road, East Lismore. The particulars of the application are as follows:

The development application and accompanying documents are publicly available on the Council’s website for the Public Exhibition & Submission Period specified above. The development application and accompanying documents may be viewed electronically at the Council's Corporate Centre during business hours (from 8.30am to 4.30pm, from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) or at any time via Council’s website at:

Any person, during the Public Exhibition & Submission Period, may make submissions to Council concerning the development application. Any such submissions must specify the grounds of objection (if any). Submissions must quote the Application Number provided above.

Please note that any submission received by Council may be made publicly available in accordance with law. If you would like your personal details or any information that will identify you withheld from the public, please make this clear in your submission and provide contact details so that Council can discuss this with you if required as there may be circumstances where Council cannot by law withhold this information.

If you make a written submission to a development application, you are required to disclose all reportable political donations and gifts (if any) made by the person making the submission or any associate of that person within the period commencing two years before the submission is made and ending when the application is determined. The disclosure reporting form is available on the Department of Planning website www.planning.nsw.gov.au or from Council’s Offices. If you have made any such donations or gifts the completed form must accompany your submission.

All submissions, including any personal information contained therein, will become publicly available documents and will be made available on Council’s website, in accordance with the provisions of the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009.
