Active Lismore - Sport or Recreation Association or Club Survey

Council is currently updating its Sport and Recreation Plan to ensure Lismore continues to increase sport and recreation opportunities for our community. Additionally, Council is collecting benchmarking data on all our sport and recreation organisations.

Please ensure the President or Manager of your Sport or Recreation Association participates in the survey below. If your Club is not represented by an association, you are invited to complete the survey as the Club President. This survey is not open to the general community.

The survey is an important part of the process but does not indicate a Council commitment to funding.

Participation in the survey will ensure Council has a clear understanding of your sport or recreation activity and your views about current and future needs.

The survey will need to be completed by Friday, 27 April 2018 at 5pm and will require consultation with the clubs your association represents.
