Lismore DCP Draft Amendment No. 24

Council resolved on 13 February 2018 to publicly exhibit the draft amended Development Control Plan (DCP) Part B, Chapter 3 – Lismore Cultural Precinct. Pursuant to Clause 18 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000, draft Amendment No. 24 to the DCP is exhibited for public comment from 28 February to 29 March 2018.

The proposed amendments to the DCP Chapter include revised development controls that reflect Council’s current plans for development of the Lismore Cultural Precinct site in the CBD based on design outcomes from a 7 October 2017 charrette held at Council.

Copies of the draft amendment can be viewed online in our Document Library or in hardcopy at our Corporate Centre, 43 Oliver Avenue, Goonellabah.
