Works have been completed

Lismore City Council is undertaking road reconstruction on Bounty Street, Lismore. The street is failing beneath the surface and requires new pavement. The roadwork will essentially improve road conditions and associated safety. Funding has also been allocated to pavement replacement, and we are investigating improvements to parking, landscaping, kerb and gutter and drainage works.

Due to ongoing delays in response to the February 2022 natural disaster, construction has been rescheduled to begin mid-December 2022 (subject to weather, material and contractor availability).

This planned roadwork is proudly funded by both the NSW and the Australian Governments. (Fixing Local Roads Round 3 – FLR300155)
