Consultation has concluded
Council must adopt a Code of Meeting Practice within 12 months of election. The Code of Meeting Practice governs all aspects of how Council meetings are run.
This draft must contain mandatory sections of the Model Code of Meeting Practice and can also contain other clauses. These have been marked in the draft for easy reference. Changes to the existing Code have been highlighted.
Council has placed this draft Code of Meeting Practice on public exhibition for 42 days for community feedback.
