Delivery Program 2023-2027 & Operational Plan 2024-2025 - Budget, Revenue Policy & Fees

Our draft Operational Plan and Budget 2024-2025 is now on exhibition and we are seeking your feedback.

Council, at its meeting on 14 May 2024, resolved to place the revised Delivery Program for 2023-2027, with the Draft Operational Plan (2024/25 budget) on public exhibition for 28 days. This also includes the:

Draft Revenue Policy 2024-2025

Draft Budget by Program 2024-2025

Draft Fees and Charges 2024 - 2025

Draft Long Term Financial Plan 2024-2025

Draft Strategic Asset Management Plan 2024-2025 

The Delivery Program is a four year program of activities with clear links to demonstrate how it will help achieve the Community Strategic Plan objectives and how it will measure the success against these objectives. The Operational Plan includes projects and activities to be undertaken during the year, a detailed budget, revenue policy for rates, annual charges and fees & charges, and any proposed borrowings.
