Project Update - 29th May 2023

Works next week:

• Installation of communication conduits and pits at Keen – Magellan Corner – work ongoing
• Keen Magellan Corner rectification
• Concrete works will be commencing
• New bin enclosures installed.
• All remaining plantings completed.

Within the month:

• Delivery of seating
• Replacing the old bollards in Keen street – Mid to late May (delayed due to change in contractors)
• Installation of the Multi Pole - Mid to late May
• Wheel Stop Placement (delayed due to change in contractors and delivery)
• Continuation of Keen - Magellan Corner rectification

June:

• Delayed shipment of the Seats. Expected late May, with installation now planned for mid-June
• Meet Pat Water Fountain Installation early June. Awaiting plumbing contractor availability
• Electrical and communication cabling
• Finalisation of street furniture
• Installation of seating in mid-June
