Keen Street Revitalisation works update:

Works next week:

• Replacement of barriers with temporary street furniture (ongoing)
• Concrete removal Satay Hut (Sunday 28th – cutting)
• Surface finish final clean and sealing
  • Cutting (Noise work to be conducted Sunday 26^th)
  • Ongoing joint sealing (partial footpath closures to allow sufficient drying)
• Removal and replacement of partial central crossing
  • Cutting Sunday 26^th Feb
  • Remove and repour Tuesday 28^th Feb.

Within next month:

• Asphalt works in Larkin Lane and Keen/Woodlark Street Roundabout (Milling Sunday 26^th February, Placement Monday 27^thFebruary (Road Closed during placement – traffic Control on Keen/Woodlark Roundabout)
  • Linemarking (13^th March – Nightshift)
  • Signage finalisation (ongoing)
• Bollard Placement in Central Parking (intermittent closures over 2 days)

March-April:

• Bespoke Street Furniture will start to arrive. (Quatro Pots and seats 27^th March)
• Planting of Seats, planter boxes (WS 27^th March)
• Keen Magellan Corner rectification works (Mid-March)
• Wheel Stop installation Central Parking bays (intermittent closures over 1 days)

May-June

• Keen Magellan Corner revitalisation works.
• Electrical and communication cabling
• Finalisation of street furniture
