Notice is given on this 21st day of June 2024, that the Lismore City Council, as the Landowner intends to enter a five-year Lease with a five-year option to renew with the Goonellabah Tennis Club Incorporated.
This Lease is over the whole of the land contained in Lot 1 DP 814012 situated at 5A Reserve Street, Goonellabah NSW 2480 known as the Goonellabah Tennis Club as shown in the aerial map below:
The purpose of this agreement is to provide the Goonellabah Tennis Club with tennis courts and a clubhouse to carry out the business of a Tennis Club which actively promotes the game of tennis within the community.
