Notice is given on this 28th day of October 2022 that Council propose to issue a five (5) year lease over the Soccer Club House. The lease includes an interdependent licence over the soccer fields located at 56 and 65 College Street, East Lismore and 88 Nielson Street, East Lismore. The Club House with surrounding soccer fields are shown in aerial image below.
The proposed lease and licence will be to Lismore Richmond Rovers Football Club Incorporated for the purposes of soccer and other ancillary uses as approved by the Council.
