Application has been made to the Council by Tradetools Pty Ltd:
To undertake a change of use of an existing industrial building to a hardware and building supplies (with ancillary tool repairs and servicing) and associated building alterations and additions and business identification signage at DP 262284 lot 45, 23 Habib Drive SOUTH LISMORE.
The proposal is classified as nominated integrated development in accordance with s4.46 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979. Approval from NSW Natural Resource Access Regulator is required in accordance with Water Management Act 2000.
