Notification of Proposed Lease of over Community Council Land

 Under Section 47A Local Government Act 1993 

Ref: AF24/8223 

Notice is given on this the 22nd day of August 2025 that:

Lismore City Council proposes to issue a five-year lease to the Dunoon United Football Club Incorporated over part of the community Council land situated at Balzer Park, 1 Cowley Road, Dunoon over part lot 33 in DP 1191273 for the purpose of operating a sports club, and associated activities and a proposed licence for the sports field.
