Notification of Road Names

Section 162 of the Roads Act 1993 and Part 2 of the Roads Regulation 2018

Notice is hereby given on 28 July 2025 that Lismore City Council as roads authority has named the following roads:


Proposed Name: McAllister Court 

LGA: Lismore

Suburb/Address: Chilcotts Grass

Description: The new road will be created in the subdivision of Lot 246 in DP 1311802 in the Hidden Valley Estate Development also known as 16 George Drive. The road will extend off George Drive in a northerly direction.

Name Origin: Tribute to Lismore WW1 Serviceman who was killed in WW1.


Proposed Name: Pavey Place 

LGA:  Lismore

Suburb/Address: Chilcotts Grass

Description: The new road will be created in the subdivision of Lot 246 in DP 1311802 in the Hidden Valley Estate Development also known as 16 George Drive. The road will extend off proposed road McAllister Court.

Name Origin: Tribute Lismore World War I Serviceman who was killed in World War I.
