Notification of Road Names

Section 162 of the Roads Act 1993 and Part 2 of the Roads Regulation 2018

Notice is hereby given on 28 July 2025 that Lismore City Council as roads authority has named the following roads:

Proposed Name: Xavier Circuit 

LGA: Lismore

Suburb/Address: Goonellabah

Description: The new road (Xavier Circut) is a public road within the proposed subdivision of Lot 38 in DP 1259703 and Lot 2 in DP 1185561, in the Waterford Park Eastern Estate Development. The public road is off Acacia Road.

Name Origin: Tribute to the Pioneer Priest of the Diocese and Parish Priest of Grafton from 1863 to 1869.

Proposed Name: Healy Drive 

LGA: Lismore

Suburb/Address: Goonellabah

Description: The new road (Healy Drive) is a public road within the proposed subdivision of Lot 38 in DP 1259703 and Lot 2 in DP 1185561, in the Waterford Park Eastern Estate Development. The public road is off Acacia Road.

Proposed Name: Wappett Crescent

Description: The new road (Wappett Crescent) is a public road within the proposed subdivision of Lot 38 in DP 1259703 and Lot 2 in DP 1185561, in the Waterford Park Eastern Estate Development. The public road is off Acacia Road.
