Artist Expression of Interest - RAP 2024-2026

Lismore City Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from Aboriginal artists for a project connecting the Lismore Local Government Area and the greater Bundjalung Nation. The EOI is for an Aboriginal artist to create a distinct artwork that reflects the importance of reconciliation and its connection to the community, which will form the creative design of Lismore City Council's forthcoming Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).

Project Details

Our objective
To engage an Aboriginal artist to create artwork that connects with the community and represents reconciliation.

Collaboration and support
The artist will create the work and work with Council staff to incorporate the work into the RAP design. The process will be captured in photography and video for launch in June-July 2024.

The artwork
This design is exclusive to the RAP document and may be incorporated into designs for fleet vehicles, buildings and assets owned by the Council, employee lanyards, business cards, uniforms, publications and printed materials, websites, and digital channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
