UPDATE TO UNION STREET DETOURS

We would like to keep you informed about changes to the Union Street detour due to the recent closure of Terania Street by Transport for NSW at the Railway Viaduct.

To ensure a smooth journey for both heavy and light vehicles, please see attached map for the detour routes provided.

During this period of works the northbound lane of Union Street will remain open; only southbound traffic will need to follow the detour.

This stage of the works will see the old road foundation removed and new road base material added and compacted before it is resealed.
